The victory bumped St. Ansgar's record up to 2-1. Starmont are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-3.
Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. St. Ansgar will be staying on the road next week, facing off against Mott. As for Starmont, they will face off against South Winneshiek. Starmont come in off of 3 low-scoring performances in a row, a trend the squad is obviously eager to reverse.
