Trinity is on a four-game streak of home wins, while Bell is on a five-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Trinity Trojans will take on the Bell Blue Raiders at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Last Friday, Trinity kept a clean sheet against Weatherford. They were the clear victor by a 5-0 margin over the Kangaroos. Given Trinity's advantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 137th, while Weatherford is ranked 529th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Trinity hit Weatherford with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from
Isaac Noh (2),
Cort Laurence (2), and
Elie Melay.
Meanwhile, Bell made easy work of Paschal on Friday and carried off a 4-0 victory.
Trinity's win bumped their record up to 7-3-2. As for Bell, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-2-2 record this season.
