Walnut came out on top against Pine Grove on Monday thanks in part to Taylor Garner's efforts. Garner scored two runs while going 3-for-3, which was good enough to also set a new career-high in RBI.

Looking ahead, Garner and Walnut will challenge Hamilton at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Wildcats haven't beaten the Lions recently, having gone 0-5 since March of 2024.
