Vision will take on the Notus Pirates in a holiday battle at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Vision has four straight victories, Notus has three straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the court.
Vision will bounce into Tuesday's contest after beating Wilder, who they had gone 0-9 against in their nine prior meetings. Vision put the hurt on Wilder with a sharp 46-26 win on Wednesday. Vision has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four games by 20 points or more this season.

Vision's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Aubrie Parrish, who dropped a double-double with 12 points and 15 boards. The dominant performance also gave Parrish a new career-high in assists (three). Another player making a difference was Raelynn Nickel, who posted seven points in addition to 14 rebounds and six steals.
Vision smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 28 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive boards in 24 consecutive matchups dating back to last season.
Meanwhile, Notus lost to Riverstone International on the road by a 48-32 margin on Monday.
Vision will have to keep a close watch on Maleah Waldermeyer and Isela Garcia, a pair of players who had a big impact on Notus' prior game. Waldermeyer had six points along with six boards and three steals, while Garcia scored ten points and three blocks. Garcia has been hot, having posted two or more blocks the last six times she's played.
Notus' loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Vision, their win bumped their record up to 5-2.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Vision has been crashing the boards this season, having averaged 42.1 rebounds per game. However, it's not like Notus struggles in that department as they've been averaging 22.6 boards. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
Vision took their victory against Notus in their previous meeting back in January by a conclusive 49-28 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for Vision since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
