The Woodlake Tigers's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They were outmatched by Corcoran at home and fell 74-39. The matchup was a close 29-26 at the break, but unfortunately for Woodlake it sure didn't stay that way.
Javon Bragg continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Corcoran, scoring 22 points. Bragg is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Joziah Alaniz, who scored 16 points.
Woodlake's loss dropped their record down to 4-19. As for Corcoran, the win was the 14th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 18-2.
Woodlake will be playing in front of their home fans against Granite Hills at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Corcoran, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Torres at 4:00 p.m. on January 27th. One thing working in Torres' favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last three contests.
