Saxony Lutheran had a senior duo take command as Luke Eggemeyer dropped a double-double on 23 points and 15 rebounds and John Hartmann scored 23 points along with four steals. That makes it 13 consecutive games in which Eggemeyer has scored at least 25% of Saxony Lutheran's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Owen Bucheit, who scored 12 points.
Saxony Lutheran has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. As for Perryville, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-12.
