Mayte Figueroa was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out 11 batters over seven innings while giving up four earned (and one unearned) runs off eight hits. That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in March of 2024. She was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 3-for-4. She also put up a stolen base, which was her first of the season.
