While Mount Juliet put up some  runs on Monday, the same  can't be said for Beech. The Golden Bears were the clear victors by  a  6-0 margin over the Buccaneers. Considering the Golden Bears have won 19 contests by more than five  runs this season, Monday's  blowout was nothing new.
Beech's batters probably weren't too happy with  Ashlyn Elliott, who pitched a no hitter  and racked up 17 Ks (she gave up four walks). Elliott has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't  tossed less than five  strikeouts in five consecutive appearances.
 At the plate, Mount Juliet let  Kara Hughes and  Annalise Mecklenberg run wild. Hughes  went a perfect 3-for-3 with one  triple, two  RBI,  and one  run, while  Mecklenberg  went 2-for-3 with one  triple and two  RBI. That's the most  RBI  Mecklenberg has posted since back in April. The team also got some help courtesy of  Brookelynn Aldridge, who  went 2-for-4 with one  stolen base, one  run,  and one  double.
 They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Mount Juliet  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 12  hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  got at least eight  hits in four consecutive  games.
Mount Juliet's record now sits at 28-9-1. As for Beech, their loss dropped their record down to 10-11.
As of now, neither Mount Juliet nor the Buccaneers have any future games scheduled.
