Last Tuesday, Lake County Baptist didn't have too much trouble with Union Grove Christian at home as they won 48-30. The win was just what Lake County Baptist needed coming off of a 74-21 loss in their prior game.
Christopher Reindl was his usual excellent self, scoring 23 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Lake County Baptist's points. Another player making a difference was Miles Davis, who scored 11 points.
Meanwhile, Quentin Road Christian unfortunately witnessed the end of their eight-game winning streak dating back to last season on Thursday. They had to suffer through a rough 82-48 loss at the hands of Calumet Christian. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Quentin Road Christian has scored all season.
Lake County Baptist's victory bumped their record up to 8-11. As for Quentin Road Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-1.
