Adding to the longest winning streak in Pacific Coast this week, Corona del Mar beat Beckman 41-0. This was the team's ninth consecutive win.
Irvine and Woodbridge played the most contested game in the league this week, with Irvine eventually emerging with a 24-20 victory. Justin Miller threw for 133 yards and 2 touchdowns during the win.
Corona del Mar's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Luke Napolitano threw for 188 and 2 touchdowns and Cole Collins had 85 yards receiving. On the ground Cole Martin contributed 139 yards. Bo St. Geme helped Corona del Mar's passing attack out by catching 3 balls for 42 yards.
He was 16-22 with 1 interception.
Collins was the best wideout in the league this week as Scott Meyer's team defeated the Patriots. Collins racked up 5 receptions for 85 yards. St. Geme helped Corona del Mar's passing attack out by catching 3 balls for 42 yards.
Corona del Mar's offense cannot be tamed this season and the Sea Kings feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Napolitano has thrown for 1,429 yards and 14 touchdowns this season, while Collins has 36 catches for 624 yards.
As it stands, the Sea Kings are in first, while Northwood is in fifth.
