Volleyball Recap: Point Pleasant Has No Trouble Against Lincoln County

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against South Charleston, Point Pleasant was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They blew past the Lincoln County Panthers 3-0. The match marked the Big Blacks' most dominant win of the season.

Among those leading the charge was Ryleigh Cundiff, who had seven digs and three aces. Those three aces gave her a new career-high.

Cundiff wasn't the only good servers: Point Pleasant was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 19 aces. That's the most aces they've managed all season.

With the victory, Point Pleasant broke their three-match losing streak and moved their record to 20-21-1. As for Lincoln County, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-30-1 record this season.

As of now, neither Point Pleasant nor Lincoln County have any future games scheduled.
