Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Reeltown walked away with it. They put the hurt on the Loachapoka Indians with a sharp 17-1 victory on Saturday. The result was nothing new for the Rebels, who have now won ten contests by seven runs or more so far this season.

Reeltown pushed their record up to 14-18 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 16.3 runs over those games. As for Loachapoka, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-13 record this season.

Reeltown does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Loachapoka, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 23-3 win against LaFayette on the 26th.
