Wellpinit is 10-0 against Inchelium since February of 2017, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Wednesday. Wellpinit put the finishing touches on their ninth blowout victory of the season on Wednesday. They beat Oakesdale by the very same score they won with last week: 82-53. Given Wellpinit's advantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 69th, while Oakesdale is ranked 202nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Inchelium posted their closest win yet this season on Saturday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past Mary Walker 53-50.
Wellpinit pushed their record up to 11-2 with that victory, which was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 29.71 points. As for Inchelium, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 8-6 record this season.
