Last Friday, IDEA Sports Park suffered a tough 58-36 defeat at the hands of Progreso. IDEA Sports Park has not had much luck with Progreso recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Meanwhile, Santa Rosa's recent rough patch got a bit rougher last Friday after their seventh straight loss. They were dealt a 56-15 loss at the hands of Rio Hondo.
IDEA Sports Park bumped their record down to 0-5 with that loss, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 23.8 points per game. As for Santa Rosa, their loss dropped their record down to 4-11.
IDEA Sports Park and Santa Rosa were neck-and-neck in their previous matchup back in January, but IDEA Sports Park came up empty-handed after a 1-0 defeat. Can IDEA Sports Park avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
