It's playoff time, and First Baptist had no trouble coming through when it counted. They claimed a resounding 42-15 victory over the Brazos Christian Eagles. The Saints might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 contests by 27 points or more this season.

Quincy Rheams was his usual excellent self, rushing for 142 yards and one touchdown while picking up 8.4 yards per carry, and also throwing for 67 yards and one touchdown. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 134 rushing yards. Bradlee Mays was in the mix as well, providing First Baptist with two touchdowns.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: First Baptist was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 250 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 250 rushing yards in three consecutive matches.

First Baptist's win bumped their record up to 12-1. As for Brazos Christian, their defeat was their first of the season and also makes their record 12-1.
