After losing to The King's Academy Knights the last time they met, the King's Ridge Christian Tigers decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. King's Ridge Christian walked away with a 27-14 win over The King's Academy on Friday. The win made it back-to-back wins for King's Ridge Christian.
Although The King's Academy took the loss, they still got scores from Gavin Smathers and Bobby Johnson.
King's Ridge Christian now has a winning record of 4-3. As for The King's Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 6-3.
King's Ridge Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. The King's Academy will be playing in front of their home fans against Creekside Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Creekside Christian Academy is hoping to put an end to a five-game streak of away losses.
