Forest Lake had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the eight-run drubbing they dealt Irondale on Monday. The Rangers were the clear victors by a 12-4 margin over the Knights. The Rangers haven't had any issues with the Knights recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive win against them.

Logan Mueller was incredible, going 2-for-3 with three RBI, two doubles, and one run. The team also got some help courtesy of Elliot Schaefer, who got on base in three of his five plate appearances with one run and one RBI.

Forest Lake now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Irondale, they dropped their record down to 0-3 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season.
