A well-balanced attack led Whitewater over Pike County in every quarter on their way to victory on Thursday. The Wildcats blew past the Pirates 76-54. The win continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Pirates: they've now won eight in a row.

Whitewater got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Seth Rivers out in front who went 5-for-11 to rack up 18 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Michael Greene, who posted 12 points along with seven boards and five steals.

Whitewater was working as a unit and finished the game with 16 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Pike County only posted seven.

Despite the loss, Pike County still got an impressive performance from Nazarious McDowell, who shot 48% from the field en route to 30 points. Landon Watson was another key player, going 5-for-10 on his way to 14 points.

Whitewater's record now sits at 3-0.
