Richards hadn't done well against Snook recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Richards Panthers put the hurt on the Snook Bluejays with a sharp 26-14 victory. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last five times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Landon Dodd was a standout: he scored three runs and stole Three bases. while going 3-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Chace Nance, who scored three runs and stole Two bases. while going 1-for-2.

Richards always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .741. The last time their OBP was this high was since the start of last season.

Richards' record is now 2-0-1. As for Snook, they dropped their record down to 0-10 with the defeat, which was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season.

We've got a battle between Panthers coming up. Richards knows how to get runs on the board -- the team has finished with ten runs or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Burton likes a good challenge. As for Snook, they will welcome Mumford at 6:00 p.m. on March 18th.
