After two games on the road, Ada is heading back home. They will take on the Millwood Falcons at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Ada focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 15 on Tuesday.
Last Tuesday, Ada was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 49-45 to the Panthers.
Despite the loss, Ada saw an underclassman step up: Sadie Epps scored 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ava Campos, who scored seven points.
Meanwhile, Millwood entered their tilt with the Chargers with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Millwood managed a 57-52 victory over the Chargers on Tuesday.
Ada dropped their record down to 8-11 with that defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for Millwood, their win bumped their record up to 9-11.
Ada strolled past the Falcons in their previous matchup back in February of 2023 by a score of 55-39. Will Ada repeat their success, or do the Falcons have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
