King Abdullah Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Zak Osman led the charge by scoring 18 points along with 8 rebounds and 8 steals. The match was Osman's third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Essam Jazzar, who scored 14 points along with 7 steals.
Lewis bumped their record down to 0-5 with that defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for King Abdullah Academy, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-1.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lewis will take on Oakton at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for King Abdullah Academy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Randolph-Macon Academy at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Hopefully Randolph-Macon Academy focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 24 on Tuesday.
