Pace gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Wednesday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 72-0 victory over the Pine Forest Eagles. The win continues a trend for the Patriots in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now won six in a row.

Pace got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Amaya Pablo out in front who threw for 212 yards and seven touchdowns while completing 79.2% of her passes. What's more, Pablo also racked up 144.4 passer rating, the most she's had since back in March of 2024. Emily Good was Pablo's top target, picking up 64 receiving yards and four touchdowns, while also punching in one touchdown on the ground.

Pace didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off four passes before the game was over. Maci McGinnis led the group effort, picking up two of those interceptions all by herself.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pace will take on Destin at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Pine Forest, they will square off against Crestview at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
