Things haven't been easy for Washington, and their contest on Friday only extended their streak of losses to five. They fell to Fort Zumwalt South 21-35.
After their action against one another, the teams are leaving the conference to test themselves against outside opponents. Washington will take on Howell North at home at 7:00 PM next week. Both of those teams have had a rocky road up to this point with five consecutive losses for Washington and eight for Howell North. As for Fort Zumwalt South, they will face off against Parkway West. Fort Zumwalt South will be hoping to continue their now three-game streak of scoring more points each matchup than the last.
