 Lincoln County has not done well against Towns County recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way  on Friday. Lincoln County secured a  64-59 W over Towns County. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
 Hancock Central's loss dropped their record down to 11-11. As for Lincoln County, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won five of their last six matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 15-8 record  this season.
 Everything came up roses for Hancock Central against Lincoln County when the teams last played  back in February of 2020 as the  team secured a  76-44 victory. In that  contest, Hancock Central amassed a halftime lead of  40-17, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat  on Wednesday.
