It was a good run, but the Schley County Wildcats unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Friday. They fell 59-49 to Chattahoochee County. Schley County was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Chattahoochee County apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February.
It was another big night for Jessika Carter , who scored 23 points along with five steals for Chattahoochee County. The match was Carter 's fifth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kamiyah Brown , who scored 14 points.
Schley County's loss dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Chattahoochee County, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-2.
Schley County won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Central at 2:00 p.m. on December 16th. Central is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'. Chattahoochee County will be home for the holidays to greet Manchester at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
