A well-balanced attack led the Roger Bacon Spartans over the Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy Eagles in every quarter on their way to victory on Monday. Roger Bacon blew past Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy 39-14. Roger Bacon pushed the score to 32-12 by the end of the third, a deficit Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy had little chance of recovering from.
Roger Bacon's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Morgan Rohling, who scored 18 points along with four steals. Another player making a difference was Leah Fulton, who scored six points along with seven steals and six rebounds.
The win makes it two in a row for Roger Bacon and bumps their season record up to 9-12. As for Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-14.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Roger Bacon will take on Norwood at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Hopefully Roger Bacon focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up nine on Monday. As for Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Batavia at 7:00 p.m.
