Their defense stepped up to hand The King's Academy a 2-0 shutout. That's another feather in the cap for North Springs, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
North Springs' victory bumped their record up to 1-2. As for The King's Academy, they now have a losing record at 0-1-1.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. North Springs will take on Mount Vernon at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for The King's Academy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Cherokee Christian at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
