Football Recap: Fisher Comes Up Short at Home Against Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy

Fisher unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They were outmatched by the Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy Swamp Owls and fell 40-0. The Gators have struggled against the Swamp Owls recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fisher will welcome Benjamin Franklin at 7:00 p.m. on the 12th. As for Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy, they will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Jefferson RISE Charter at 7:00 p.m. on the 12th.
