Vassar entered their tilt with Merrill on Saturday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Vandals. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Vulcans have posted since October 25, 2024.

Vassar's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Merrill, their loss was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-4-1.
