The Wyatt Chaparrals have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matches by 21 points or more this season. They blew past North Side 60-16 at home. The victory was familiar territory for Wyatt who now have three in a row.
Wyatt found their leader in underclassman Zyniesha Horner, who scored 31 points along with five steals. The matchup was Horner's third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Cynaa Weathers, who dropped a double-double on ten points and ten rebounds.
Wyatt is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-8 record this season. As for North Side, they bumped their record down to 6-11 with that loss, which was their third straight on the road.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games.
