Even though the War Hill Christian Academy Warriors scored an imposing 59 points on Thursday, Trinity Classical still came out on top. Trinity Classical managed a 65-59 win over War Hill Christian Academy. Trinity Classical's win was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.
Several Warriors players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Nate Lacquement, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and 10 rebounds. Austin Adams was another key contributor, scoring 13 points along with 8 rebounds.
Trinity Classical's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for War Hill Christian Academy, they have yet to win a match at home this season, leaving them with a 3-3 record.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Trinity Classical will take on White Creek Christian Academy at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for War Hill Christian Academy, they will head out on the road to face off against St. John Bosco Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
