Von Walker and Cole Renninger provided fans with a highlight when they connected against Bellefonte. The longest such play in Freelance this season, the connection resulted in 71 yards.
Central Mountain's Walker rumbled for the longest rushing play in the league this season in his game against the Raiders last week. Walker ran for 74 yards on the play and finished with 362 on the day as his team beat Bellefonte.
Beau Bosch put up the best numbers through the air as Chestnut Ridge fell to Bald Eagle Area. He finished with a total of eight completions for 164 yards and one touchdown. Bosch's favorite target this week was JD Weyant, who caught two passes for 64 yards.
Renninger was the best wideout in the league this week as Central Mountain defeated the Raiders. Renninger racked up three receptions for 109 yards. Travis Turchetta helped Central Mountain's passing attack out by catching one ball for 30 yards.
Central Mountain's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Wildcats feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Turchetta has thrown for 305 yards and three touchdowns this season, while Renninger has 17 catches for 282 yards. Walker leads the league in rushing with 708 yards.
Perkiomen was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from fifth to first in the league. The Panthers defeated George School 36-8 earlier in the week.
