The Bishop Amat Lancers will venture away from home to take on the Cypress Centurions at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Bishop Amat will be looking to extend their current seven-game winning streak.
Cypress' offense is going to have their work cut out for them on Tuesday: Bishop Amat hadn't allowed a single point the last seven times they've hit the field. The Lancers never let St. Paul get on the board and left with a 25-0 victory on Wednesday. The result was nothing new for the Lancers, who have now won 11 contests by 20 points or more so far this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Bishop Amat to victory, but perhaps none more so than Lyla Terry, who rushed for 75 yards and one TD on only nine carries, and also threw for 45 yards and one touchdown. Mya Partida was in the mix too, providing the Lancers with two scores.
They were just one part of a punishing run game: Bishop Amat was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 299 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.
On the other side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Bishop Amat's defense and their eight sacks. Vivian Yamzon was particularly dangerous to the passing game, picking up seven herself.
Meanwhile, Cypress made easy work of Sonora on Tuesday and carried off a 20-0 win. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Centurions' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' California flag football rankings (they are ranked 19th, while the Raiders are ranked 236th).
A big part of Cypress' victory came down to the chemistry between Tymane Allen and her top target Kailey Tilson. Allen threw for 196 yards and a pair of TDs while Tilson picked up 100 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns. Tilson was no stranger to the big play, connecting on a big catch that went for 56 yards.
Cypress didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Allie Scherer, Franzcheskah De Joya, and Jasmyne Roberts picked up one apiece.
Bishop Amat's record is now 21-5. As for Cypress, their record now sits at 19-6.
