On Saturday, Northern Virginia HomeSchool didn't have too much trouble with St. John's S on the road as they won 62-46.
Gabe Drown was the offensive standout of the matchup as he scored 14 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Esaias Anderson, who scored eight points.
Northern Virginia HomeSchool's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 12-4. As for St. John's S, they dropped their record down to 1-4 with that defeat, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Northern Virginia HomeSchool will take on Fredericksburg V at 5:15 p.m. on Saturday. Hopefully Fredericksburg V focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 14 last Thursday. As for St. John's S, they will be playing at home against Chelsea Academy at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
