Sunnyside was led to victory by Cj Jones and Malachi Barnes. Jones scored 15 points, while Barnes scored 17 points. The matchup was Barnes' fourth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Tanner Wilson, who scored 8 points.
Sunnyside is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. As for Redwood, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-3.
Sunnyside will be staying on the road on Thursday to face off against Garces Memorial at 6:30 p.m. on December 14th. As for Redwood, they will be playing at home against Dinuba at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Dinuba will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.
