Reardan is 0-10 against Northwest Christian School since April of 2017 but things could change on Tuesday. Reardan will take on Northwest Christian School at 4:00 p.m. After the two teams made easy work of their previous opponents, one won't be so lucky on Tuesday.
Northwest Christian School will be up against a hot Reardan squad: the team just extended their winning streak to three. Reardan's pitcher stepped up to hand Davenport a 33-0 shutout on Saturday.

Hunter Flaa made a big impact no matter where he played. He kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 11 over four innings pitched. That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in March of 2024. He was also big at the plate, scoring five runs and stealing three bases while getting on base in all six of his plate appearances. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last four games he's played dating back to last season.
In other batting news, Reardan got a massive performance out of Brady Angell, who went 3-for-5 with four runs, four RBI, and two doubles. Those two doubles gave Angell a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Levi Collier, who went 4-for-6 with three stolen bases, four runs, and four RBI.
Meanwhile, Northwest Christian School got the win against Newport on Saturday by a conclusive 8-0. The Crusaders might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matchups by eight runs or more this season.
Like Reardan, Northwest Christian School also got a great game from a two-way player: Drew Bevan. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out ten over seven innings pitched. Bevan was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs while going 2-for-3.
In other batting news, Preston Mortlock was excellent, going 2-for-4 with three RBI and one stolen base. Zeke Young was another key player, scoring a run and stealing two bases.
The win made it two in a row for Northwest Christian School and bumps their season record up to 6-2. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 1 runs in those games. As for Reardan, their record is now 3-0.
Reardan suffered a grim 10-0 defeat to Northwest Christian School when the teams last played back in April of 2024. Can Reardan avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
