Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Springdale Prep). They took their match on Friday with ease, bagging an 85-24 win over the Green Street Academy Chargers. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 50-9.

Springdale Prep was led to victory by Abi Stem and Maddie Poole. Stem posted 19 points, while Poole had 17 points. That's the most points Stem has posted since back in November of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Maddie Sellers, who earned 12 points and five rebounds.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Springdale Prep, bringing their record for this year to 13-13. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.0 points per game. As for Green Street Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

Springdale Prep won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against New Town at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Springdale Prep has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Green Street Academy, they will square off against Forest Park at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
