Dayspring Christian Academy got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Hudson Weigt out in front who scored 18 points along with five rebounds and two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Weigt has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Levi Vaniddekinge, who scored ten points along with seven assists.
The victory makes it two in a row for Dayspring Christian Academy and bumps their season record up to 3-6. As for Denver Academy, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 5-3.
Dayspring Christian Academy won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Flatirons Academy at 3:30 p.m. on January 20th.
