Galt is 0-9 against Liberty Ranch since November of 2014 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Galt Warriors will be playing at home against the Liberty Ranch Hawks at 7:30 p.m. Galt is out to stop a seven-game streak of losses at home.
Last Friday, Galt took a serious blow against Bradshaw Christian, falling 70-14. Galt was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 63-6.
Meanwhile, Liberty Ranch came up short against Union Mine on Friday and fell 21-14. Liberty Ranch has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
The losses dropped Galt to 2-7 and Liberty Ranch to 4-4.
Here's a few offensive stats to keep an eye on ahead of Friday's game: Galt has been excellent on the ground this season, having averaged 159 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Liberty Ranch struggles in that department as they've been even better at 264.5 per game. It's looking like Friday's match might have some serious battles in the trenches.
Galt took a serious blow against Liberty Ranch in their previous matchup back in October of 2022, falling 56-12. Thankfully for Galt, Arthur Draeger (who rushed for 212 yards and three touchdowns on only 14 carries) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result?
