Los Altos had to kick off their season on the road on Friday, but they showed no ill effects. They breezed past the Wilson Wildcats to the tune of 62-15. The Conquerors pushed the score to 55-13 by the end of the third, a deficit the Wildcats had no chance of recovering from.
DIEGO CASTILLO was nothing short of spectacular: he threw for 245 yards and two TDs on only 13 passes, and also punched in one touchdown on the ground. Los Altos didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as JOSIAH CORTEZ, BENJAMIN CORTEZ, and NOEL TREJO-ZEPEDA picked up one apiece. TREJO-ZEPEDA got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.
