The Suncoast Chargers won the last time they faced the West Boca Raton Bulls, and things went their way on Thursday too. Suncoast walked away with a 37-25 victory over West Boca Raton.
Suncoast's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Keyanna Goss, who scored 16 points along with nine rebounds. Ella Pastore was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Suncoast's victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-8. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.0 points per game. As for West Boca Raton, they are on a eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-16.
Suncoast won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Park Vista at 6:00 p.m. on January 26th. As for West Boca Raton, West Boca Raton and Pine Crest will face off at 5:30 p.m. on January 29th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Hopefully Pine Crest focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 11 on Thursday.
