In what's become a running theme this season, Washington gave their fans yet another huge win on Saturday. They breezed by Scarborough on the road to the tune of 62-12. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory Washington has posted yet this season.
Washington got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Danaya Pope out in front who scored 26 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which Pope has scored at least a third of Washington's points. Another player making a difference was Kendyl Harvey, who scored 15 points.
Kashmere suffered their biggest defeat yet this season back in December of 2023. They had to suffer through a rough 66-12 loss at the hands of Wheatley. Kashmere was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 40-5.
Washington has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 16-7 record this season. As for Kashmere, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season.
