It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Crawford can now relate to. They took a 77-60 bruising from the Granite Hills Eagles on Thursday. The Colts' defeat signaled the end of their eight-game winning streak.

Crawford's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Trevon Blanks, who posted ten points in addition to seven blocks and six rebounds, and Mickelson Laguerre, who had 12 points and eight boards. Blanks has been hot, having posted two or more blocks the last eight times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Damian Monroy, who scored seven points and four steals.

Granite Hills' success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Andre Dankha led the charge by going 7-for-9 from beyond the arc to rack up 33 points along with five assists and five rebounds. The dominant performance also gave Dankha a new career-high in shooting accuracy (71%). Another player making a difference was Jasen Hughes, who dropped a double-double with 29 points and ten boards.

Crawford's defeat dropped their record down to 25-5. As for Granite Hills, they are on a roll lately: they've won 16 of their last 18 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-10 record this season.

Crawford does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Granite Hills, they have already played their next match, a 69-65 loss against Del Lago Academy on the 25th.
