After a string of three wins, St. Michael the Archangel's good fortune finally ran out on Monday. They might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting Richmond Christian an easy 56-34 win.
The losing side was boosted by Anjalia Bryant , who scored 22 points. The matchup was her sixth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Janaye Martinez, who scored six points.
Even though Stafford has not done well against Brooke Point recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. Stafford narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past Brooke Point 46-44.
St. Michael the Archangel's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Stafford, their win bumped their record up to 2-3.
