Tanner Otis Goes Supernova in Marion Win
Starting off the list is Marion's Tanner Otis, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Otis rushed for 140 yards and four touchdowns on only 12 carries. The bulk of those rushing yards came from one huge play: a run that gained an incredible 82 yards.
The win snapped Marion's winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 2-4 record. Otis and Marion will take on Randolph at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Jose Danny Maldonado posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He rushed for 193 yards while picking up 8.0 yards per carry.
Florence's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. Maldonado and Florence will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Luling at 7:00 p.m. on October 25th.

Llano Wins Fourth-Straight Thanks to Luke Davis
Luke Davis's big game helped extend Llano's winning streak to four on Friday. Davis was dynamite, throwing for 194 yards and three touchdowns, while also rushing for 37 yards.
For the year, Davis has thrown 8 touchdowns while averaging 104.8 passing yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he was only averaging 26.83 rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 46.67 rushing yards.
