The Nicholas County Grizzlies's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their sixth straight loss. They fell just short of PikeView by a score of 60-57. Nicholas County has not had much luck with PikeView recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Despite the loss, Nicholas County still got an impressive performance from Trey Stump, who scored 25 points. Landon Hanna was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with five rebounds.
Nicholas County has not been sharp recently as the team has lost seven of their last nine matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-11 record this season. As for PikeView, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-9.
