Richland is a perfect 10-0 against Hermiston since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Bombers will take on the Bulldogs at 5:00 p.m. Richland is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 9.5 runs per game this season.
On Saturday, Richland made easy work of Jackson and carried off a 15-1 win. Considering the Bombers have won nine matches by more than six runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.
Emmalee Mohr was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she tossed five innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in eight consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with two RBI, one run, and one double.

Jordyn Emerick made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 3-for-5 with two stolen bases, three RBI, and two runs. She also hit a triple, marking her first of the season. Fans could be in store for some top-tier slugging on Tuesday. Richland hasn't had any problems when it comes to power this season, having averaged 0.5 home runs per game. However, it's not like Hermiston struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 0.5 home runs. With so much power on both teams, it'll be down to the pitchers to keep the mound locked down.
Richland took their victory against Hermiston when the teams last played back in March of 2024 by a conclusive 14-1 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bombers since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
