This season hasn't been kind to The Cypress Creek Bears, who are still winless after their tenth game. They were dealt a 58-0 defeat at the hands of Timber Creek on Friday. Cypress Creek has not had much luck with Timber Creek recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Nathaniel Hull was the offensive standout of the match as he rushed for 80 yards and two touchdowns. Hull is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Malaki Estrada, who rushed for 66 yards and a touchdown.
Cypress Creek's loss was their seventh straight at home (dating back to last season), which bumped their record down to 0-10. Sadly, the team can't blame their woes on tough opposition, as that stretch included 2-8 University and 3-7 Freedom (their opponents had an average overall winning percentage of 44.9% over those games). As for Timber Creek, their win bumped their record up to 4-6.
