The Arapahoe Warriors will take on the St. Patrick's Irish at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Arapahoe hadn't beaten Hi-Line [Eustis-Farnam/Elwood] on the road since August 27, 2021 but that history sure didn't bother them on Friday. The Warriors secured a 20-14 W over Hi-Line [Eustis-Farnam/Elwood].
It was another big night for Hayden Sich, who rushed for 159 yards and one touchdown while picking up 9.9 yards per carry. His longest rush was for an incredible 75 yards.
Arapahoe's run defense was locked in: Hi-Line [Eustis-Farnam/Elwood] could only muster 3.4 yards per carry. The team can thank Briggs Hill for the heroic effort on defense: he. Arapahoe's run defense has been on the up-and-up: they allowed 3.75 yards per carry earlier this season, but they've only allowed 5.73 on average over their last five games.

Arapahoe's defense didn't let Brody Diefenbaugh, get away unscathed either: they got into the backfield for four sacks. Hi-Line [Eustis-Farnam/Elwood]'s QB won't forget Sich anytime soon given he sacked him twice. Sich also rushed for 159 rushing yards, which is notable because Arapahoe is 2-1 when he posts at least 80 rushing yards, but 0-4 otherwise.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask St. Patrick's). They took their matchup on Friday with ease, bagging a 67-22 victory over Southern Valley. The Irish have beaten the Eagles the last four times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Eagles has come to flipping the script.
Arapahoe better keep an eye on Mason Giebler. He was instrumental in St. Patrick's win, rushing for 154 yards and three TDs on only seven carries. Speaking of playmakers, who could forget Ben Hankla, who went all the way with a kickoff return for a touchdown.
Arapahoe's win bumped their record up to 2-5. As for St. Patrick's, their victory bumped their record up to 5-2.
Arapahoe came up short against St. Patrick's in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, falling 24-14. Will the Warriors have more luck at home instead of on the road? Check MaxPreps after the match for a full breakdown of the game, commentary, and other football content.
