Calum Fritz Sets Career High in Rushing Yards
Starting off the list is South Fork's Calum Fritz, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. On Friday Fritz threw for 198 yards on 13 of 27 attempts, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground, good enough to also set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
South Fork's defeat was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-6. Fritz and South Fork will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Jupiter at 7:00 p.m. on November 1st.

The Panthers got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Cobras, probably because Weathers had a solid game then too: he threw for 130 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 passes.
